At Ethereal Coffee Co., every bag is roasted in small batches with care and intention. Because our coffee is a perishable product, we’re unable to accept returns once a bag has been opened or used.
However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
If there’s an issue with your order — whether it arrived damaged, incorrect, or didn’t meet expectations — please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
